I have several offers from CPU teams (morale boost of 10, but less money) and 1 offer from a human team (more money, morale boost of 3). What is the better option? Pass rushing DE if that matters. Thanks for the help!

Morale and money mean nothing when starting out.
CPU teams are reset every season so money management means nothing to them.
Human owned teams should be offering minimum contracts so they can use the money saved to upgrade their stadium.
As for which is better... generally speaking, it's better to be on a human team for the social aspect... there's someone talk to and ask questions
That can be a double edged sword though, some people lack social skills and/or give horrible advice.
A CPU team will never use your dot to its maximum potential with play calling and schemes, but a CPU team can't ever screw you over by not playing your dot either.
For a first dot, I'd suggest a CPU team. Don't fall in love with your dot, you'll likely make mistakes in the build and will want to start over.
With a CPU team you'll be cut on Day 40 every season. So there's no awkward asking for release from a contract.
Spend a least one season learning to build a killer. Then start over and apply everything you learned.
