i am in a casual league and i have a rating of 17 and the last time i played was a 21 and yes it was a real blow out, if the teams are this different should they be in the same league together. I think the leagues would be more fun if they were closer in levels

never have been and never will be because they use a very bad algorithm to place teams. its all about age and record. i dont know what you mean by a "rating" but whatever it is, it doesnt come into play. due to the lack of teams these days, especially in casual, teams will players will mostly get put into league #1, unless they have just a terrible record.

on a side note, you'll never be competitive against other human teams with only 40 players. you need to get as close to 55 human dots as possible, as having too many cpu dots is very bad. and especially at the lower levels, dots arent capable of playing 70+ snaps a game and being good.

Rating must be Effective Level.

There's definitely a learning curve to the game. You have to figure out which plays go with which playbook. Some playbooks are inherently better than others. Casual defense is completely counter intuitive. Player Tactics are a huge part of success.

And of course, Effective Level is a measure of how efficiently dots are built, so a 25% gap is pretty noticeable.

And also, CPU dots on a human team are gimped harshly in an effort to force players to fill up their roster with human players. Try keep them off the field as much as you can, especially key positions and situations.

Good luck with all that, but in theory a lower EL team could beat a higher EL team, if the lower team was better at the AI part of the game... so that's another reason why EL isn't used when sorting teams into leagues.

your dots are behind age wise too. But that's because you built your dots on an off day. next time you build dots, build them in between day 40-48...plus their dots are boosted to where they should be.
plus you can be same level but not doing your training right and lose ground as well.

It can take time to build up your "reputation" amongst potential signees.....Doesnt mean you're a bad owner or co-ord just not a proven "good one" etc.....All that being said all owners are having problems with FA to some degree so when well built dots become available competition is fierce etc
