Would a 3-4 defense work better than a 4-3 against it in casual?

If I want to sell out against all rushing QB teams, I will typically use a 3-4 and 100% zone. Most of these teams are all running to the outside (or at least that's where their big gains are), so I prefer having the extra LB's and also having the OLB's a little wider which is the result of the 3-4.
