Hi,

does anybody know how to select WR sets for different Plays? I can only select RB and TE packages.

Why would you take this personal? It will be ok.

Well at some plays I would rather start one WR and at other Plays I would prefer another WR. Thats why

It's been a LONG time ago since I did this but I think you use the WR-1, WR-2, WR-3, WR-4, and WR-5 on the depth charts to make sure which WR gets the 'slot position', which gets the #2 position, and so on. You really need to look at the plays in your playbook to be sure which WR#'ed slot is where in the formation (very important in Trips formations and so on). Be sure to set backups correctly as well. And I think you avoid using the general WR depth chart so that it doesn't override your inputs/depth charts. Other than that, I don't think you can do anything else. I might be wrong though... it has been YEARS since I OC'd. So... don't take this as 100% gospel.

This..with #1 WR starting on the left side, #2 on the right, and then alternating left/right for the remaining 3 WR slots.

Yeah but I want something like WR 1+2 playing at Formation X and WR 3+4 playing at Formation Y

This. Sorry but FOKKER is right. Best you can do is simply what I suggested. I will say that, if you feel this is WRONG, then perhaps you should post as a suggestion in the suggestions forum for adding WR's to the custom O slots. For that matter, I kinda don't understand why they didn't include WR's there in the first place.

It would make DC'ing a bitch, even if you could tag to counter it, it'd be so convoluted.

Honestly you can basically do that with the WR-to-QB cheese that peeps do. Bort could easily have fixed that by either (a) not allowing WRs in QB custom slots, or (b) calculating WR depth chart before QB depth chart. But alas the cheese came out after bort threw in the towel, so there was no one left to fix it.
