Extended delays like this almost always has to do with a change in the scrim availability by one of the teams after the matchup is set. I have seen teams open for instant scrims, close insta scrims after the scrim was set, and it caused the same thing.
I see one of the teams is a CPU? I didn't think you can scrim a CPU owned team. It was likely human owned when the scrim was set, and now that they are CPU, it caused a glitch.
