Adding coaches the game? Interesting, I don't think that has been discussed.

I think he means coordinators (kinda the same thing). My first thought was lazy owner issues but then I figured why not? I mean as long as it's a selectable thing and not a given power so that ownership has meaning still, sure.

Yeah, I was talking like HC,OC,DC,STC guys like that because sometimes owners rely on the coaches to get the job done.some owners aren't on every day or every couple of days in the co-own could add coordinators then it would give the team a little boost in being successful
