hey,
im completely new to this site and kind of lost what to do, created a WR with my free player and got some FLEX but yeah some guidance would be appreciated.

Well welcome im new as well but im sure someone will post to help any question you have. Best bet is to chexk out the forums before you do anythig thou thats what i did

Also, seek out some established dot builders or team owners about building dots for their teams. Let them know you're new and would like to work with some quality people along the way so as to have some mentoring about the game and how it works. There's plenty of us out there like JDBolick and Sellars and Osiris and many, many more. Just look around the various leagues and forums and find someone to PM about it. You'll run into a few mental midgets out there but most will be very happy to have you on their team and to help you along the way with building techniques. Good luck and welcome to GLB.
