Suppressinators will be hitting decline after this season, not sure what their plan is though.

Looks like a good list on both sides. There will be some that play better than we all think and some might take a step back. That list again is damn solid IMO

I'd like to say HUNTERS but we still have to prove it first.

Grand Banks will make some noise in Alpha. OPT will have top 5 talent but will need a light early season schedule due to chem.

i still dont understand who stays up and who moves down. if im 8th seed and i beat the first seed, am i now considered a top 5 team or is it reg ssn only?

I was wondering the same thing. Actually who is the 5 seed? The highest seed to lose in the first round?

I bet that's it. All teams that make rd 2 of playoffs stay, and the highest seeded playoff loser, 1 from each conference, stays. Apparently it was too difficult to add to the explanation, lol
