started playing fantasy baseball again a year ago this month, and renewed a bunch of porn subscriptions because the game "wasn't going to survive another season". and i needed something else to waste my time doing at night after work.

well guess wat, i still love building my fcking dots, I still love The Dirty Sanchez, World League, my friends and enemies, and the evil indy org. i still dont care who leaves, or who's bored, or about Mighty brawlers or lolGLB2.

S46 and I'll be here till they turn off the lights.....

pretty obviously established as the best team in the land the past 4 seasons. 4 Rings in a row. good chem, no losses in preseason. probly the #1 seed. Orlando Midgit Mafia in Game 1? really? Go get em midgits!


2. Indy Gurupies

Indy has won 4 Pro tourney golds and 2 WL titles in the last 6 seasons.

none of Odessa's last 4 WL championships have gone thru Indy. They cant get away with just beating on the The Dirty Sanchez in S46. They'll have to deal with Indy.

3. Polk High

Ducked out of the playoffs early last season, but 100 chem and a light early schedule will put them in the running quickly.

4. Orlando Prime Timers

might have put them at #3 but 82 chem and carthage, odesssa, and hedgehogs to open the season. ouch!. Always end up around the top of their conference though. doesn't ever seem to matter who's in it.

5. South Otto Mice

not gonna forget them this season. Just another solid playoff team in a stacked Alpha conference. pretty good chem (92). indy and and Polk in their first 5 games

6. Dirty Sanchez

win and lose games they shouldnt. smoke and mirrors. Old, fat, drink too much, crappy chem, offensive MVP back, 2 conf champ games in last 3 seasons, always lose to odessa

7. HedgeHogs

pretty nice run at the end of S45 (and some help) to stay up. Will have to hit the ground running with 4 of first 6 games vs morning Glory, Indy, OPT and Graz.

Santorini - wouldnt be surprised if they made the playoffs, 10 WL wins last season, beat MG in round 1, good chem

8b graz grizzlies
disa returns to WL. probly the best of the pro teams to come up. but gonna have to get it done every week now. 100 chem

All the Kings Royal Men - 20 wins in pro, pretty good chem

8d
Nomads- good coords and agents, will beat some teams and maybe punch thru

Zeta

i'd rather be playing in zeta than alpha this season. especially when it comes to staying in WL. IMO its gonna be an easier road thru zeta, but its top-heavy with very good teams. Albarsch has proclaimed his zeta preview as the official, and i can live with that. since none of you other assholes ever post in the ranks thead anyway
but i'll add my opinions as well. but NO LINKS FOR YOU!

Miami and Burnside are consistently a threat to make a run and crack top four - how will they fare against the group below?

OFOTD, OFG, Cult, B & G, Stewart and Mayan - hmmm, not sure who will emerge from this group, but at least two will - this is a dog fight.

The rest will need to make a run, have favorable sims and superior scouting to make playoffs - there is usually one that surprises.





1. Carthage - looked dominant last season (16-0) and then ducked out in the 2nd round with the loss to miami.

2. morning glory - looks like they should make another solid run, but 1st round exit last season to santorini. havnt gottem a 2nd round round win in the WL playoffs yet. the proof is in the proof. and Lex, whats with picking on the noob in the noob forum?? thats just bad karma. 100 chem though

3. miami - if there ever was a playoff team....., these guys get it done. close loss in the Champ game last season at odessa. 72 chem gonna be rough., which is why i got em at #3. they will beat paris but then 4 of next 5 vs burnside, carthage, MG, and OMM.

4. burnside - alwys end up near the top, new co-owner ice! there is life in burnside. just do me a favor and lose game 1

5. HHWC - they (still) haz 7 titles. and dropping. not falling for it this season. not ranking them up top. "not gonna do it" - dana carvey SNL

6. oakland - should put in another solid season and survive, maybe make some noise in the playoffs, 100 chem and light schedule to start

7. OFOTD - never know with this team, how many cares. 100 chem, some bad losses in preseason

8's

orlando Midgit mafia - solid in preseason, havnt shyed away from scrimms, we'll see when shem kicks in(83). tough schedule early, odessa in game 1

mayan warriors - nothing to lose, all 440's, 36 million to blow

stewart ballers - may have a shot this season at staying up

Same here...............Gonna be a tuff season but oh well......GL to all the top teams who still have the right stuff to be there!

OMM stays up this season as they have one of glb's 5 remaining OC's imo.

Hedgehogs at 7 seems fair since alpha is stacked. I'm p sure we will end up seeded higher though. Our new rushing qb breaks the game, and nexill has been taking run stopping classes all off-season.

Mojo, Polk and Indy up top no surprise, but Barcelona is don't get too comfy though, the schedule gets rougher

King's Men and Mice at 3-1 are looking good while OPT is headed in right direction at 2-2 while Maori slipping to 2 - 2

What are these teams doing at 1 - 3? Hedgehogs are a hot mess, Graz, Sanchez and Inferno missed catching gears off the red line and Cryptic gets the most scrim award... Still time to turn around


ZETA

Oakland, OFOTD and MG out of the gate strong

HHWC and Ballers at 3 -1 playing solid

and then it's the Micheal Vick's backyard dog fight at 2-2: Newfoundland is the only surprise here, all others will be duking it out for the rest of the season.

um, Carthage at 1-3...??? I thought HHWC was gonna head fake early

Mojo and Indy have the cars to beat (what a shocker, eh?) Indy's beatdown of King's with 45 min.+ of ball control was telling... HTH will likely decide #1 seed

King's looking good, up till last game, and OPT, Nomad, Hedgehogs ( made up a lap) & BDS are all in overdrive and hitting their marks.

Barcelona, Mice and especially Polk have had to stop in pits, got penalized for speeding and had to go down a lap - crew chiefs working on pit strategy to gain it back...

Moari and Graz have fast cars, yet are running up against track position problems - need to catch a draft...

Santorini et al have spun out with tire blowouts, with all teams searching for the Goodyear rep.


Zeta

MG, OFOTD and Oakland out front and running fast - MG's win over Mojo in tourney telling, and all still play each other, so plenty of lead changes still ahead.

Carthage - here they come... After early brush up against wall, they've got the pedal to metal with fastest lap times in past quarter

OFG, HHWC, Miami, Burnside, & Mayan - all in a pack, drafting well and looking for the line that will gain some separation - anything can happen.

B & G and Stewart can't seem to pass the top cars, while Newfoundland caused a back end crash that wiped out the field behind them.
