when creating a dot, have a drop down for desired level. Allow this between day -8 and day 0. Also allow in the circumstance of an agent going AWOL for more than 14 days, being able to create a dot to replace his, or hers.

This is soooo needed, it's a no brainer.

I actually prefer the idea of allowing insta-Day 200 dots. Two seasons of building, have them start in the Regional Minors.

Why just day 200? Lower levels don't need to fill a roster?

Why put limitations on it?
Instadot at any level.

You all realize instant dots mean a total screw up of the team finance system since it currently take many, many, many seasons to build the stadiums and such.

Yeah, I should've said Day 200 at a max. This forced two-season build period provides for a limited upper level league structure needed to maintain the illusion of competition

And I would agree that you should be able to build dots to the 40-day season increments of any level leading up to Day 200. Perhaps with the option to "boost them up" to the current day of the current season. Need a FB in midseason? Create a dot, boost him up to the current age, plug em in.

Not that I suggested it, but this is by far the best suggestion out there.

It's really a no brainer.

Charge double the cost of creation, and people will still be willing to do it.

You don;t even have to charge more. People will naturally burn through flex faster becasue dots will hit retirement faster and you lose 30% flex every time you start over. So assuming the players still enjoy playing the game, they are more likely to purchase more flex instead of living off what they already have
