What are the chances WG will look into a Horse Racing game? It would be interesting with a similar build/training process for horses as there is here. Allow for stakes races, where the horse earns $ to spend on gear, jockeys, trainers, feed, etc. etc. But have different levels of races, surfaces, and distances at which they earn. Include different archetypes of horses as well, Fast starters, pacers, and closers.
Of course this will get slammed by some haters out there. Not sure if there are others that this maybe interesting to, but I would pay to play a game like this.
