Since apparently this is the place where we can post bugs that have been completely ignored by the Bugs Mods/Admins, here goes. I submitted this as a bug report back when the first instance happened. That was on April 4th. I've received exactly 0 replies on that report in the time since it was filed. Thus, posting it here.

Anybody else having issues with the QB Slam Weak from Shotgun 5WR? I've had this bug show up multiple times in the past 3-4 seasons (didn't really use a rushing QB previously to that).

In both cases, there is a very large hole on the left side, where the play is designed to go. In both cases, the QB breaks initially for the hole, gets to the LOS, then decides to do a jig in the backfield until a defender comes in to tackle him.
Is this just a bugged play, and I should remove it from my playbooks? Or is this just isolated to my team? I doubt its the latter case, as it's happened with different players with significantly different builds.
