Somebody just told me that when you own a team, as it gets better you can petition to have it go to a higher league.

Does that apply to casual teams or just regular ones?

well these days there is hardly more than 1 or 2 leagues per tier. If your team is put in league #2 , there is probably a good reason and I would not recommend petitioning otherwise

My team plays you soon and we are going to get slaughtered!

But you didn't answer the question, can casual teams go up also?

there is no forum search and I could not find the answer to this

this season is ending soon and there are some AI players I need on my team next season. i tried renegotiating their contract but it never works... is this a feature that is only applicable to human players?

You can only renegotiate a human player contract. You can always pick up CPU dots whenever you like.

Thanks. Some of my ai are playing at low salary and there are morale issues. I tried renegotiating salary to pay more and it got dejected.

I guess I can buy some travel accommodations at the end of next season to combat that.

It might also help to win a game!

Work on signing human owned dots. You might even consider reseting to rookie for next season to get a full roster of human owned.

I would start recruiting agents now and reset to Rookie you will never be competitive with CPU players making up most of your roster. Good Luck...

i will take all the help i can get

i have been trying to use the marketplace to try and recruit more but not many players are being created. so if a frog wants to help or any of the other vets, i say please do!

with no forum search and no real FAQ and a wiki that is somewhat vague in terms of the rules, i have been experimenting a lot because i didn't want to keep coming here asking stupid questions. heheh, i'm the guy trying to re-sign CPU players for next season with raises. i'm the guy trying to create elaborate game plans in casual, not realizing that the slider bar for deviating the game plan will completely disregard any preset gameplans

for a few games i was getting frustrated watching replays, seeing my team do stuff that was the exact opposite of my preset gameplan. then i read a forum threat aboud using basic preset wildcat... trying that now... just now figuring out where to put your power rusher on the depth chart compared to the scat back, things like that

so yea... cmon vets! help a returning beta player get back into the game. create a dot for me to recruit. i will be resetting for rookie again next season. im in a conference with a few really good human teams... going to get absolutely crushed by a team bane runs shortly lol

here is another question that i could not find the answer for:

so i'm keeping my new team in rookie for another season to build a competitive team. the players i created to man some of the team will all meet the 26 day age limit no problem

but i have a WR now who is currently 10 days old

40-25 = 15
15 + 10 = 25

the wide receiver will be age 25 on Day 40. when does next contract season start? the day after? the WR will be older than 26 days for the first preseason game but under at the start of the season? could the WR be on the team? the WR signed a two season contract two days ago

cant have any players over the age of 0 days old in rookie.
