What is the outcome if you play a G at Center and OT at Guard. I may have to get creative this season due to recruiting issues. I am talking about a team in Natty Pro. THANX!! Would it help more in the running game or passing game? We tend to do both ineffectually!!

Guard at Center MIGHT not be TOO bad, but it's far from ideal. You're probably better off recruiting a fair-to-middlin' Center instead of recruiting a Guard to play Center who in turn would play like... well... like a fair-to-middlin' Center due to the Out Of Position Penalty.

OT at Guard also might not be too bad, but Guards aren't that hard to find on the Free Agent market, are they? I was able to find good Guards for my teams the past few seasons. Just recruit more Guards... no real need to go OOP there.

it will work well if you can do starting G then have two backups to spread the play count . Starting center then have two backups same thing and you can make it

I'd be willing to bet the OOP penalty for a OT playing center isn't much worse than a guard doing it. Also, I'd still bet the penalty isn't as bad as what you'd get playing a CPU center instead. I'd play the OT at center, and if possible, only as a backup... and, if possible, only on passing plays. I say that cuz I'd rather have only ONE dot getting hit with an OOP than TWO dots on my O-line. Just a thought.

Speaking of OL questions -- my Center has Spot Blitz. I just noticed the tool tip mentions "This FB blah blah blah" in it. Is that just a bug of sorts or is my Center not able to take advantage of this ability unless he's playing Fullback?
