Yes to str, spd, agi, car. Str or car for main attribute, the other secondary

Depends how early or late you are in the build. I don't 4x early on though.

Yes, those 4 attributes, very good.

the tricky thing is to get speed super high even though it's a minor. I'm just a defensive guy, and I know there are plenty of opinions out there, but the closer you can get to 150 total (obviously with all eq), the better he'll be...but obviously carry and str still need to be 90+.

So the question of when you take speed (first? second, after strength? maybe even third?) is a big one, and how far you go with spending points into it is a big one. I don't know the answers to those questions, but when planning out your powerback, nothing is more important than figuring out what you're going to do with speed.

I like carry 1st (100 natural) Strength 2nd (90+ natural) and 150 speed(w/EQ) end build. Don't slack on Agility either

right around 95\95\95 and 90 (145) speed seems to work pretty well

60 jumping is enough to make Hurdle fire plenty.

No such thing. Almost everyone overdoes agility, though.

It's easy to 'overdo' a skill if you're not careful. And it's not like a huge difference in the final product of that particular skill. But every time you spend SP's on a skill once it gets up into and past the 80 mark and every time you spend extra trains on it just to try to get it up real high, the less SP's and trains you have to address other important needs of your dot. It doesn't take much to 'overdo'... just a little too much can cause damage. I know... I've done it plenty of times.
