Talent wise we are there but we are looking for a OC who can come aboard and help take this team to the next level. The roster is pretty much set except a few changes here and there. That won't be an issue as I consider myself one of the better recruiters and talent snatchers in GLB. Plus I'm willing to sit down and go over changes you'd like to see with the roster.
