Time for another round of power rankings. Not much has changed since my Week #4 ranking, just a few adjustments…
#1 - Epic Holiday - I still have them #1, but they have 3 tough games remaining, those being CM, UU, and APF. While I do believe they will be one of the top seeds, I just don’t see them going undefeated.
#2 - Ultimate Underdogz – Even though they lost to CM in a close one, they have more quality wins and thus remain in the #2 spot. However, their schedule gets hard during the 2nd half with games against C85, APF, EH, & 99P. I believe they will lose 1-2 of those and still be a top half seed.
#3 - Crib Midgets – Hard team to judge, has only played 2 quality teams, going 1-1. Their 2nd half will be very hard and I don’t see them being only a 1-loss team once the regular season is over, but should be one of the top seeds.
#4 - 99 Problems – Still an impressive team, but has a hard 2nd half and I see them losing a couple more games for a middle seed.
#5 - Chicago 85' Bears – unimpressive in the first half, and things get harder the 2nd half, but my team usually gets better the 2nd half, so we shall see. I foresee a couple more losses and a middle seed.
#6 - All Pro Falcons – Impressive win against CM, but then upset by MBSR, so a very hard team to judge. I don’t think they are as good as previous seasons and their 1x boost is hurting them. They have several hard games left and I think they will split those and grab a middle seed.
#7 - Lone Star Mercenaries – had a tough first half, but should rebound with more wins and claim a lower seed.
#8 - Royal Cocks – good team when Ahrens tries, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. They need to be careful as they are on the bubble and an unexpected loss could bump them out of the playoffs.
#9 - Myrtle Beach Surf Riders – had a good win over APF, but I just don’t see them winning enough games to make it into the playoffs. However, being a mostly boosted team, they might make a late season run at it.
#10 - Lincoln City Seals – Only surprise here is their unexpected win over LSM, but should fall to most of the better teams during the 2nd half, which is much harder for them.
#11 - Midnight Marauders – just not a competitive PWG team.
#12 - OffTopica Redemption - just not a competitive PWG team.
#13 - Little Ohio State PeeWees - just not a competitive PWG team.
#14 - Big Pete's House of Munch - just not a competitive PWG team.
#15 - Miami Golden Gators - CPU team.
#16 - Sons of Anarchy - CPU team.
And as always, if you don’t like what I say here, don’t bitch like a little girl about it, PROVE ME WRONG and do better than I predict.
