Getting awfully anemic here. Rookie is down to 3 leagues and plenty of CPUs. I feel the walls closing in. What can we do as players to amp this thing back up. Would it be taboo for us to try and recruit agents away from GLB2

Lower the price of players so they are EQUAL cost to GLB2. Is horse poop this version costs more.

Good Talk guys!
We've all agreed this ship is half sunk. Either bail now (with Mith, LMAO) or ride up in the Captains' Cabin until it is fully sunk.

Not necessarily. We the historically more successful players have had our hand in the fall of GLB. To many people were getting smoked by the elite clubs and the masses cried out for a game that equals out the teams. Hence GLB2! It's probably to late now, but the folks that are knowledgable of this game should all recruit and tutor people how to build dots, run teams, coordinate, etc etc. instead of asking them to come to get slaughtered. This game is hard at first and takes time to learn. I've been here since S9 and still learning. So your point of no control, I disagree. We are some what the cause for the exodus of GLB, if you live the game like i do, you should take part in an attempted revival. Or you can just sit back say we have no control, and watch it die.

I dont see why they wouldnt lower the cost of dots, it really just doesn't make sense. More dots out there, more teams, leagues look fuller, people quit complaining about declining amounts of teams in leagues. Also people think they get more bang for their buck, would be willing to buy more flex, but hey, I guess Bort's one night class a week at the Portland community college isnt paying off.

If u think the price of dots will change, think again. All that does is allow us with flex to string it out longer. If there was a cost change it would only be in the amount of flex per dollar spent

Well then this game will die..and GLB2 will follow shortly after that..have no idea why they are wasting time on a fighting game nobody will play either.

there are and have been lots of "open" private forums where agents can get help on anything from dot building to coordinating from top agents

I know cost isn't the only problem, but its is definitely one of them. I would definitely build more dots if the price was the same as GLB2. But wont get into GLB2 cause it kinda sucks...
Honestly though, most of the people I know would play a lot more if the dots didn't cost so much flex. But as far as the game, I still love playing this game...
