For some reason I have never received a straight answer on what to charge for tickets, nor can I seem to find one on the web or in the Wiki.

I assume and observe (I think) that its based on your prior seasons record (this assumes selling all tickets in the pre-season).

But it would be nice to not have to wing it.

Does anyone KNOW?

Like if you were - for instance - in 6th place last season, what would your multiplier be?

Or is it just wins and losses? If so if you were 11-5 and 1-1 in the playoffs?

Anyone ever write this up somewhere?

It's based on two things: the league tier you're in (which affects the "expected" prices), and your Fan Support (which affects how high above the "expected" prices you can go.)

That's it. Record doesn't factor in at all, only your Fan Support.

In fact, bookmark that thread, because it is awesome.

Start at the top and if they don't sell just adjust down until they do.

Thanks.

Should really be a separate ticket pricing thread, that name does not scream ticket prices to me.

I relied on coaches and the assistant script and tended to under sell my tickets just to sell out.

But I am sick of being the poor team.

put em at max. each day adjust downward as needed (a buck; maybe more if talking about lower leagues). try and have at least two games in advance sold out imo.

You should look at prices of other teams to help you set yours.

Anyone notice the un-announced player salary raise handed out by Bort & company?

Salaries automatically bump if below the min when a team promotes

Did they raised the minimum? I've never noticed the auto raise until someone mentioned it in a team forum.

This thread reminded me to look at my ticket prices. I then noticed the concession prices tab. I don't think I have changed those in 35 seasons or so. Time to gouge the fans
