I put in a ticket on 4/15 and still no response to it. I understand 2-3 days but over a week seems excessive.

We do have more time-sensitive issues to address than a team name you find offensive. So yes, in that sense we are 'that busy'. I can reply to that one now!

Well, it IS off-season, so yes, Support probably is that busy.

I've had my issues with Support, but common-sense should tell you that this is when they're gonna be slammed for a while with team movements, team resets, team re-name requests, contract screw-ups, and all manner of Support-related stuff that just mainly pops up only during the off-season.

What are they doing in the off season? They are no longer fixing the game and that used to be their big excuse.

While I find that hilarious personally, is it cool to out a dude for his bitch ass support request? I mean if he did send in a support ticket to censor someone else's team name, I find that childish and worthy of mocking. But that's kind of my personal opinion, and I'm not in the customer service industry. He's also not a paying customer of mine.

You are supposed to use the multi accounts to mock the customers. I thought we cleared that up.

BTW: Don't hate me, I need a player name change processed sometime before season 41 kicks off.
