3 CPU teams are gonna make the playoffs in one conference while there is 4 full human owned teams not gonna make the playoffs in the other...

Judging by the looks of the non-conference games, a team from the weaker conference is going to win the league anyway.

no, having a full or mostly full team and losing to a cpu team full of cpu players is about as bad as it gets. altho this is even funnier in sp #2 http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2548182
