If you are interested in investing in GLB, you need to contact someone with Warrior General Games. I'm pretty sure they aren't ever going to be listed on any exchange, so the only way to buy into the company would be for WGG to sell you shares.

Considering you don't have enough money to buy flex, I'm guessing that whatever value of shares you are interested in buying aren't even worth the issuance costs.
