ok i play the number 2 spot on my team i am a level 22 reciver and i have good stats all my key stats are above 40 and a good qb

i have noticed that when i play in the #2 spot even when the qb has me set as a favorite target i only get 2 passes my way if im lucky i have played the number 1 3 and even 4 and 5 spot before and even at those spots the qb throws more passes my way is there a bug with the number 2 reciver that he doesnt get as many looks or what???and if so are they working on it im sure alot of the other number 2s share my feelings

Yeah it's like that a lot until you get a really good mismatch out on the left. I tend to notice that as the QB improves, the attempts to the left go up slightly. Maybe it's a vision thing.

Our 3rd WR leads our team in receptions and yards 0_o. But it's alright, I still have him beat in TD's. :0

our TE was in the #2 spot for a few games and he had at least 6 catches a game
it's all tactics and matchups

Helpful. I'm pretty sure there is a forum solely devoted to useless users around here somewhere...

So you want help:

Most of you guys are over looking Agility and a few SA's. Speed is not the only way to go. FYI, next season Bort will be making changes to the game.....you should pay attention to agility.

Also it isn't a bug about ignoring the number 2 guy... The game heavily favors rushes/passes to the right side for some reason. So in the sim the QB will throw to the WR on the right about 75% of the time... And the #1 WR is on the right side almost all the time.

+1

My guy's the #2 WR. 2nd in league in TD. On pace for 1000+ yds. On a team where the #1 WR will also have 1000+ yds.

Has played one game as #1 WR and one game as slot receiver, but those did not skew the stats. I find that getting separation is key for my guy getting receptions. On most plays I look at, the first WR to get open is the one thrown to. If you can get separation before the other guys, you'll get the ball.
