People who pay for dots want to see them on the field, and Bort wants team identities. Plus, it shakes up current cookie cutter builds as everybody learns to adjust. Everybody wins.

35 seems a little low. 45 would be a better end number

Stamina would need reworking lowering the number to 35. You would have so many dead players. Would make the running game that much more drastically effective with ST's and long, slow, methodical morale and energy depressing drives killing teams.

Yeah not sure about 35 but I like the idea of reducing roster sizes in general. You can basically have your cake & eat it too today with specialists of all types. Would be more interesting if you had to skimp on certain things to be better at other things.\

So +1 for the concept.
