If i create a player today, should i put him on a cpu team already to spend his training points or just wait?

You can still get offers from human teams while on CPU

And if someone buys the CPU team, you can remove self

But I'm uncertain if you can even accept any offers today, even from CPU teams
I think all rosters are frozen (but I am unsure on that)

No rush, you won't be at any disadvantage if you don't train today. So if you can, sure, but if you can't, then it's no big deal. You will be able to train tomorrow as a free agent I believe.

its day 41 that you cant accept offers. i put all my new players on d league teams today

i think thats the rule too

If you join a cpu team that is getting a troiphy your player will get one too

You can put them on a D league team, but they will all get cut on day 41 - 42 rollover.
