I own a peewee team and I want to move up to the next level how do I do that?

You cannot promote a PeeWee team, the only way to move up an Age Group is to buy a new team, preferably a Rookie team.
With a Rookie team (or Prep, University), you move up every season no matter what. The only thing determined by your record is if you are Elite, Competitive, or just a Regular team.
That continues up into Reg. Pro, and then when your team has finally been promoted to a Pro Team, I believe you must make the 2nd round of the playoffs to move into the World League.

or you could buy a higher team that went CPU(above uni) i think and drop it down to rookie and/or resign your dots to that team-albeit not boosted of course
Or is it nat pro 2nd round to world league bag?

Correction: To make WL you must get to the 3rd round in Nat. Pro playoffs. Not that anyone was wondering, just needed to clear it up
