I put in a pretty simple ticket like 6 hours ago, nothing back yet.
My question is, are they checking tickets on a regular basis at all these days? Middle of the day during the playoffs on a Monday seems like it should be prime time to make sure support tickets are taken care of, especially if something comes up that could effect a player about to play in a playoff game.

I have one from February 11 pending. It's one of those "a play got called that shouldn't have". Can't find the reason why, so just really wanted someone else to look and verify it was a bug and not something I missed in the OAI.

I sent a very complicated ticket into them last night and there was a reply waiting for me when I logged on today.

Everytime I have ever sent a ticket, including last week, support has been quick and polite. Out of all the legit gripes on this game, support has never been one imo.

That had been my experience with Support as well... until last off-season.

When they're on the case, they're good. When they fuck something up, however, good luck getting them to even admit that they fucked up, let alone getting them to actually fix what they fucked up.

Just sent in another ticket 5 minutes ago and Euchrid answered it almost immediately.
