When I send tickets to support do they receive the wording/text in the manner in which I typed it or is it all jumbled together like in the previous support requests page?

Please help. This is something that has bothered me for a long time. I need an answer ASAP. thx

I'm guessing they use the secret decoder ring you use to get in cereal boxes.
