Yeah... they're not easy to build mostly because people what Superdots... QB's with 100 speed, 100 throwing, 100 agility, and all that jazz. To build a quality "Dual threat" QB you'll need a few things. #1, lower your expectations. You aren't gonna be building Colin Kapernik or Michael Vick. #2, you'll need a very good OC who can help you make the build successful. And, #3, you'll need some special players around you... probably, at least, a scatback, scat fullback, and more than one "possession receiver"... because most of your passes will be of the short and medium variety due to a lesser throwing skill (as well as strength and the spreading out of your AEQ.)

Problem with Dual Threat's is that they bounce in the pocket too much and run into the defensive line. So many hurries are created strictly through that motion of stepping up into them.
