1.) If the problem is actually the agent's own fault, point it out as bluntly as possible.
2.) If it's a minor and easily-solvable problem, fix it if they feel like fixing it. Or not. Y'know, whatever.
3.) If it's something that one of their own staffers fucked up horribly, ignore all attempts to discuss the problem and hope the agent goes away. If the agent doesn't go away and takes it public in the forums, slap them with a forum ban to
make them go away.
That is technically a process. Not a good one, but a process nonetheless.
Or, sometimes just for a change of pace, they'll just randomly close your ticket without actually doing anything about it. Y'know, for variety's sake.
