But seriously. I sent in a support request 6 days ago asking why my PeeWee team wasn't entered into the GLB PeeWee tournament... no reply.

I wish these came with read receipts so we could see if anyone had actually read them. I'm really trying hard to be nice but man you guys make it hard.

That's actually about how long it took the USPS to get back to me. Maybe GLB is government-run.

Well done. Actually, based on many of the processes I have complained about for GLB it makes so much sense.

OP it might have fallen through the cracks. Open a new case and link the old case in the message box for them. I've had to do it before and got a fix and apology.
