I see some people have their WR as KR on Soph-d league teams (so there wasnt anyone who assigned them that position). Just curious.

(should be in FAQ... but...) You can't place dots on a CPU team. CPU AI does that for you. So if you have a dot on a CPU team, you're completely at the mercy of the CPU AI as to when, where, and how much you play.

I thought it went off of who has the highest speed.

You see a lot of DEs at KR/PR in Rookie D-Leagues

KR = Highest Speed
PR = Highest Carrying

And it's natural skills, cpu "owner" doesn't give a shit about equipment points.
