I am always curious about who is leading in particular categories throughout the season and I think we can add in stats to the Conference Leaders that are already being tracked. I apologize in advance if anything seems regurgitated from a previously answered post. Everything in parenthesis is what the stat is abbreviated to in your player's Career Stats - Regular Season - Full Season view.
Passing Tab = Yard Average (Y/A) and Completion Percentage (Pct)
Receiving Tab = Yards per Reception (Y/Rec), Total Yards after Catch (TotYAC), Average Yards After Catch (AvgYAC)
Rushing Tab = Broken Tackles (BrTk), Yards per Carry (Y/Rush), Tackled for Loss (TkdFL)
Kicking Tab = Average Kickoff Distance (Avg), Punt Yards (Punt Yds), Yards per Punt (Yds/Punt), Coffin Corner Punts (CC)
Blocking Tab = Pancaked (Pnkd), Reverse Pancake (RevPnck), Reverse Pancaked (RevPnkd)
Add a Returner Tab showing:
Total Punt Return Yards (Yds), Punt Return Average (Avg), Punt TDs (Td), Total Kick Return Yards (Yds), Kick Return Average (Avg), Kick Return TDs (Td)
An additional suggestion would be to break the defensive tab into two separate tabs: One called 'Pursuit' and the other called 'Coverage'. Listed below is which stats could appear under the 'new' tabs:
Pursuit: Sacks (Sack), Hurries on Quarterback (Hry), Missed Tackles (MsTk), Tackles (Tk), Tackles of Loss (TFL), Fumbles Forced (FFum).
Coverage: Receptions Allowed (RecAlw), Pass Deflections (PD), Passes Knocked Loose (KL), Interceptions (Int), Interception TDs (IntTD), Defensive Touchdowns (DefTD).
Defense was tricky to split up. Some under Coverage could easily be seen as Pursuit, etc. I am simply trying to see some league leaders for those built for coverage.
All these stats are currently in the game and are tracked by the game. Also, some of these even are already awards earned by players but are not consolidated in the Conference Leader area. Six statistical categories (similar to defense tab) per tab looks good and probably should be the max but even with these additions no tab would go beyond six.
Thanks for your time.
