The TE on this play is supposed to just do a straight in crossing route, but instead comes back towards the line.

Is it because the throw was bad due to the hurry?

Or is it route running tactic?

Or?

bad throws that are caught are not called bad throws, that was a bad throw that wasnt labeled a bad throw because you caught it so it cant be considered a bad throw, even though clearly it was a bad throw

okay that was my guess but I figured if I am trying to break it down, why guess.

Though I did not know bad throws that are caught are always not called one. Info, thanks.
