How do I get a pass to a RB but make sure its not made too soon, but is made after the RB has actually crossed the line of scrimmage?

I have been told in the past that I should put another receiver first in the custom rotation. But all too often this results in a throw to that receiver, which is NOT what I want to do in some situations (ie when scouting shows the RB will be open but no one else will be).

Really do not want to routinely risk throwing for a loss to get that pass to work, but there must be a way to do this????

QB Tactics maybe???

Best way is to find another target in the play that is good and target them first or just hope that if you keep your target on the HB or FB that the QB holds the ball long enough. Hurries will always force a quick throw.

I made a suggestion about a year ago to add a "blank" spot to the progression choices. That would help with this.

Also, a big factor in QBs going through their progressions is speed. It's gotta be at least 40 for them to start and finish the first progression quickly enough to move on to the second a lot of the time.

Or target the HB/FB 2/3 times in progressions in a row*/sweet spot

If I had one flex point for every time I've loled at you jampy I'd be able to get a 55 dot roster to plateau.

more speed on your QB to drop back and not hurry a throw. Change to more route distance. Or like mentioned, target someone else first.

I wasn't loling at anything. Thanks for setting the bar so low for GLB agents.
