No. They have absolutely no business acumen and no ability to think long-term while pleasing their user-base in the short-term. I hope Bort really is as good at coding as catch says he is, because he'll need to start applying for jobs in a few years after Warrior General goes under.

They do, and they have alerting to find out and remedy it. An IT department that relies on the userbase to alert them of a problem is a very poorly run IT department.
