GLB should be place where people who know football can apply what they know a game and build good players because of it. Allowing people who are new to GLB a chance to make something out of their first players and actually enjoy this game from the time they start. The idea of this game is lost completely because making players becomes only a reflection of your GLB knowledge and a bit of math and logic and it makes this game impossible for new players to join, which is why there hasn't been a new player since S3. Changes need to be made to the way sims happen and change the way players need to be built. The best way to build a player should not be constant, but should be like a mystery, there should be no agreed upon right way to build players.
