I can add up to 4 more players to my roster. Would it be worth adding 4 players who will boost vs the chemistry hit from adding them? This is for a PeeWee Silver team

4 players won't hurt much and you will make it up well before playoff time.

Chemistry is much more important than many people think, though. I've lost to teams by multiple TDs in regular season games when we had low chem and turned around and scrimmed them just a few hours later and beat them by multiple TDs. That was with no changes to AIs.

At the lower levels it will be very minor compared to the gains of having a full roster

It's worth it if you can upgrade your team without totally gutting you chem, down less that 10 points to start the season is pretty great as many teams will have similar chem issues to start off with. Starting down 20+ chem is more of an issue since it will take 20 days to get back up, but as long as you are good to go by playoff time you should be ok as long as you can make it there.

Also don't forget chem hits are a lot smaller today than they will be tomorrow.

1-5 is 0 chem hit for cutting or signing.

Your team is in a chemistry grace period anyway, so this is irrelevant.

Also, as someone who has forgotten to sign the entire team roster on 3 different occasions. By day 36 your team will have 100/100/100 chem if you start the season with 10 overall. So basically by POs, it doesnt effect you at all.

My team page wasn't showing that we were still in the chemistry grace period until the site went back up today. It might have been a bug.

I didn't know that player levels would effect chemistry differently. Good to know.
