well you'd need to keep some CPU's in case somebody gets a wild hair and wants to buy a team late....

+1 to at least condensing it down to 3 leagues ... (Silver currently has 17, 15, 6, 17 teams owned)

You'd still have 9 CPU teams left between Silver #1 + Silver #2, in case someone gets that wild hair? Would be a lot more interesting for the teams involved than the current 55 of 128 filled.

Would take some serious Rogaine to have 73 wild hairs.
