Black Friday will occur during Season 38 (it looks like day 13), and traditionally GLB has offered a Black Friday Flex Sale from Friday through Sunday following Thanksgiving. I need to buy some Flex, but I won't be doing so until the Flex Sale kicks in. I imagine that there are quite a few people in the same boat, and it would allow agents to boost their dots at the beginning of the season instead of waiting until day 13. Additionally an early sale will allow GLB to get a jump start on all of the other sales that people will likely attend. For example, if I go to Best Buy on Black Friday and buy a flat screen TV, I won't be able to afford as much flex.

No threads asking for sales/flex. If they have one they'll announce it. I'm sure they'll see this thread though since they check suggestions.
