No age based leagues, get rid of that. Teams can work there way up the hard way or try to recruit immediately. I remember when there was a waiting list to get a team. Lets try to get it back to that activity. Plus recruiting wont be such a bitch anymore, as any league can sign any dot.

Ik this will probably be locked but i think its worth some sort of discussion. The game is clearly dying and something needs to change.

I know I dont post much, but Ive been playing this game awhile and I think this is GLBs best option to stay alive.

Biggest problem I have with the league structure is in the minor leagues. All the stronger teams are put into one conference and the weaker teams into the opposing conference. It's not uncommon to see a 12 win team beat a 16 win team mercilessly in the LC game.

Massive +1.

leagues are always super unbalanced in minors. 1 teams ends up with 2 or 3 "good" teams and the other will have say 8-10 tough teams. so 1 conference gets a cakewalk to top 3 and then there's the other where a good team might miss playoffs by 1 game because all the teams were competitive. It's silly and takes what little fun there is out of the low levels, and we all know it's already pretty boring to begin with.

Need to make it fun and challenging for a player to find a team not given.

I will personally give Bort $1000 cash to bring back regions. Keep it age based, that's fine, but I want regions dammit.

I have always hated these anonymous leagues we have now, and the dumb names they have. I just want the league to have an identity again.

oh I agree with this completely keep the age based stuff and give us the regions back. the game was alot more fun then and teams actually had a identity that others related to.

I think this would be good. Age-Based is definitely needed.

They should also make an inbetween league for those first season Reg Pro teams so they don't have to play level 79s when they will only hit level 73. That can be silly.

Maybe one leaue per age group besides WL/PRO/Reg Pro. Thatd be sweet
