got my computer fixed and lost firefox. I cant remember which firefox I need for greasemonkey to work.

I have firefox 22 and it works fine with all of my greasemonkey scripts.

Firefox will automatically update the version you have if you don't disable that option. You might not even notice the updates until your VPB starts acting up.

To disable the automatic updates

from the menu bar, go to Tools, then at the bottom of that, Options

all the way to the right is the advanced tab, which looks like a cog.

that tab, has a sub tab called Update.

Because I only use FF for this site, I have updates turned completely off. if you don't turn it all the way off, you'll get pop up notifications that you FF version is out of date, and needs to be updated or your computer will explode (which is a bunch of crap)

There's a script fix I just got for it and it's been smooth as silk. Before that though yeah the next day would fuck up regularly.

Look through this forum for my thread "VPB help" or something like that (it was recent) and use that script.
