What's up guys... This is a big announcement

At the moment, I am starting a network with some of the elite teams here on GLB. So far, some of the best and brightest have already committed themselves and their players to our budding network. To make this as brief as possible, each team involved will develop and maintain their current rosters, but the key is that each owner does commit one of their own players to another team in the network as a sign of good faith. The great benefits of this network is that we will all be able to recruit for each other since every owner together knows so many people throughout the game, we are able to work together easily and help each other as needed.

We are still ironing out the numerous details and the teams involved, but if you would like, I have created a webpage which details the general outline and benefits of the plan. I think the most obvious benefit will occur when the season 10 player decline begins. Players can begin to be swapped out and moved up the ladder of teams although I think huge overhauls should not be permitted. Guys who currently are low levels (lv 1-5), will eventually have an opportunity to play and work their way up the ladder. This is not illegal as it is what currently happens within the game. Eventually all the pro league guys will need replacements and guys will have worked their way up to earn that right.

What makes this a big deal is that players involved will be granted players rights and be implemented closely by the owners network. For example, a player can reserve the right to stay with his current team and not agree to a team swap. A player can also require forewarning before losing playing time to a new higher level starter. This would all be attended to by the owners involved, in which they could be punish misbehaving owners (ie No owner in the network will help or provide recruits to that team for one season).

If this interests you, please PM me and after discussing things with you, I'll provide for you the links and let you know which big-time owners/teams are already involved..

Thanks for your time man
Matt

PS. Also, if you're going to complain here about how this is wrong. I don't really care and won't respond to you. Sorry, not interested.

Good luck with what you are doing. The more you network the more great people you will meet. Just be prepared to deal with the accusations of cheating, collusion, and everything else under the sun. The are probably many of these groups already on GLB, just not that many that are public about the setup. Whenever your first hater creates a thread or PMs an admin you will know you have made it. Good luck!
