I never lost to CPU teams in casual.
I'm just 'cutting my teeth' in the regular leagues and only now starting to build an AI game plan. But with the roster that I do have I would think that I should be beating CPU teams even just allowing the AI to call the entire game.

Wish I knew what I was missing. ..(head still attached to shoulders - just checked)

The way cpu teams play changed around season 30 or so.
They balanced the cpu teams so that blowouts wouldn't occur as often

Also, your low chemistry plays a point as well.

And your offensive line is really bad. The average level for your team is 53, average effective level is 50, but I'm guessing (didn't do the math) the average effective level for your offensive line is around 46. Your QBs attempted 40 passes and were hurried 16 times. They were sacked 5 additional times and you no net yards rushing.

Recommendation is obvious using this comment... release all of your (HUMAN) offensive linemen and sign CPU dots in place of them.

Thank you, I didn't realize the CPU teams were balanced out. That would probably explain why some of the CPU players that I have, seem to be performing well. I don't feel quite as bad.

You are absolutely correct in your assessment of my offensive line. In fact your guess to the effective level is generous. Most of them are my players and I wrecked their builds. I thought they would still be better than CPU players, but I may re-think that.

Would setting the salary higher when requesting a CPU dot, mean a better quality dot?

That would be pretty cool though...add another reason to save/use your teams cash

definitely cut any cpu's getting over the min salary and replace .... also cut the lowest lvl cpu's (per the scouting report page) from your roster and replace with new cpu's which will be rated higher

Actually, every time your players level up, you want to sign new CPU's, so you get them at the same level as players who only boosted once, like if you have a bunch of level 20 players, and they level to 21, sign new cpu's the cpu's will be lvl 21
