I think there are still referrals, but you gotta be smart enough to know how to work the system.

Something like this... sell candy bars and tell people there are prizes in only 50. If you sell 2000 you get some extra cash, but here is the trick... you listening?
Stick a link to GLB with your referral code (name) and place a huge stamp that reads "PRIZE!!!!" in all 2000 candy bars.
See what you get.
Oh, and I'll take 15% of the candy bar proceeds being that it was my idea

is the referral system going to be re-worked with advent of GLB2?
the 850 limit per season (just under enough to boost one 300 flex dot) pretty much makes it a waste of time

yeah, the referral system is very worthless.. If i could get 1 free player per season i wouldnt have this problem. it gets hard trying out different archetypes with only 2 players
