What are you trying to do? I used a gift card to buy $100 worth of flex on paypal and the card happen to have $100 on it, but the transaction couldn't be complete due to a $1.00 charge from them verifying you have funds in your card

I would try contacting support immediately. I've never had an issues purchasing flex with my paypal account. ( I have it linked to my chequing account and it does the payment transfer instantly)

Should maybe have support look into it. Unless by "my card" you meant a gift card in which case you should make sure it's registered.

I've had this issue with paypal before... but not lately. Don't know why it happens, but it does.

don't contact Paypal, contact the bank that you got the card from, they probably can see you trying to do this transaction regardless if its working or not

I've had trouble with using Vanilla Visa the last couple of times. It wouldn't let my transaction process. With a different visa gift card (non-Vanilla) it went right through. In the past I had been able to use the Vanilla Visa. I'm not sure if this was your problem or not.

I had a problem with my debit card. Apparently I had reached some ceiling on my spending with paypal and had to "authorize" my debit card with them.

They pretty much charged me a dollar and then later gave it back, but it took like 3 days before it ll cleared and I was able to use paypal again.
