Hey all, hoping someone out there can help the technologically challenged. Purchased a team recently (Midnight Marauders) and want to change the picture. Have no clue how to make sure I get a worthwhile picture that is of suitable size. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

google, crop, maybe resize dunno, upload

You can go here http://www.picresize.com/# , upload your picture, hit continue, then change the size on the next page that pops up. (I usually do custom option and make it 100 x 100)

The pic (avatar) has to be 75X75 or 30 kb, I usually do a google search for the team name, and see if there are logos out there, a logo is actually pretty easy to make with MSPaint or photoshop,

You can go to the resizepic website as linked above, or you can resize them in MSPaint ect. ect.
