Finally yello is makin sense! Pretty soon this game will be all hardcore GLBers anyway. The dot pool is being sucked dry.
Getting rid of D-leagues and a lot of the CPUs would help too...

Many people do not want the full time job of running a regular team, but still wish to own a team. Personally, I find the play calling and time management completely unacceptable for my tastes, but do not see why others should not have the option.

The Avenger is going absolutely nuts from your post
...but I kinda like the different flavors of how to play. If you want to lure a dot from casual, you should be able to do so, unless they were built solely for casual, which I think is p rare (like, by the owners themselves)

if the userbase is too thin make the experience better for everyone, don't take away features/elements some people like.
if GLB implemented half of the easy and most popular suggestions or just added the functionality of the top 10 or so greasemonkey scripts, it would go a long way to showing they care about making the game better.
the general perception seems to be that Warrior General has moved on and is going to let GLB wither on the vine while they develop new projects. i hope that's not true (unless one of the new projects is a new, better pro football game).

I think if they made a league that was a hybrid of casual and regular, like if you wanted to run a casual ai against a regular team, than the regular team is force to run a casual ai against you team
