Im new to this demotion thing I have a team in rookie casual my oldest player is age 32 if I demote when I look at the tiers to choose rookie which I do not want to do. Prep Causal and university which is the better option between the 2 I just want to be in a league and stay competitive. And not jump into a league and have no chance

nope, age 34 as of today is the league age limit. You will be fine as far as next seasons age cap.

If you're in Rookie now you'll automatically promote to Prep. That's the normal promotion. You increase 1 tier each season (until Regional Pro).

Prep is where I wanted to go but when I checked demotion options it also showed University and I didnt want to go there and have no chance....

If you're in rookie prep is the next league, so it wouldn't be in the promotion, demotion field.
Prep is where I wanted to go but when I checked demotion options it also showed University and I didnt want to go there and have no chance....
