Reason for suggestion: Unless you continuously check the "Previous Bug Tickets" tab under Support, you have no idea when a response to a bug you submitted has been filed. This can lead to bugs being designated as "Not a Bug" due solely to no response from the initial submitter, because said person didn't know further information was required.
This should be easy to implement. Agents already get automatic alerts anytime a player gets a contract or endorsement, a quick scrim is scheduled, or received a PF invite. It should be easy to also automate an Alert stating a response has been made to a submitted Bugs Ticket. For completion, a link within the Alert leading to the Bugs Ticket would be very useful.
